Research Degree: Creative Writing PhD, Department of English and Creative Writing
A former mergers and acquisitions lawer and family court judge, I came to do my PhD after completing a Diploma in Advanced Non-Fiction and the MSt in Creative Writing at the University of Cambridge. My creative thesis is a non-fiction braided narrative of my great-grandfather's life as a missionary in Namibia at the turn of the 20th century. My criticial thesis is a comparitive analysis of four books that have a missionary ancestor as their subject.
