Lakshya is a PhD candidate in the English and Creative Writing department, based at the Centre for Cultures and Environments of Health. His doctoral research titled 'Understanding Mental Health Crisis in India through Life Stories and Narratives' is funded by the Faculty of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences' international studentship, and supervised by Professor Jane Poyner and Dr Michael Flexer. Lakshya is also a Postgraduate Teaching Associate on the Bachelor of Arts module, Being Human in the Modern World.
