Dr Victoria Sparey (she/her)

I am a Senior Educator Developer with the Educator Development Team. As the Director of the ASPIRE Professional Recognition Pathway, I support colleagues in gaining HEA fellowships in recognition of their education practice. My work in the Educator Development team, draws upon sixteen years of experience within the English and Creative Wriitng Department at university, where I supported the development of educators in my roles as Deputy Director of Education and PTA Cooridniator, and where I specialised in designing and delivering teaching on Shakespeare, performance history and early modern literature. My contributions to Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) include works on practical pedagogical approaches and inclusive education, with a particualr focus on the use of Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
